OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Preparation and Pouring

Prepare the Site: Clear the area, install forms, and add a compacted gravel or sand base.

Pour Concrete: Mix and pour concrete, then level it with a screed. Allow it to set to the correct consistency for stamping.

Step 2: Stamping and Texturing

Stamp the Concrete: Apply a release agent and press stamping mats onto the surface to create the desired pattern.

Add Details: Use detailing tools to enhance the pattern and ensure uniform texture.

Step 3: Curing and Sealing

Cure the Concrete: Cover with plastic or use a curing compound to retain moisture and allow it to cure.

Seal the Surface: Clean the concrete and apply a sealer to protect and enhance the finish.
